Primary 2 enjoyed some wonderful activities during health week. With visiting experts in street dance, judo and yoga it was a programme packed full of new experiences to help us recognise the importance of a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle.
Smoothie making was a firm favourite with pineapple and mango flying out of the door. The street dance and Judo brought huge smiles, rosy cheeks and new moves, while the calm of the yoga session balanced activity with relaxation. What a week! Thank you, Mrs Trotter.
