P7 Modern Art Exhibition 2015

A packed gallery played host to the P7 Modern Art Exhibition on Wednesday 20th May as pupils showcased their individual interpretations of the theme, ‘transition’.

The music and drama rooms made a fitting exhibition space as each piece had been bravely crafted with thought, feeling and emotion; not to mention the fabulous variety of techniques, media, colour and form on show.

Cammy and Errin welcomed the guests with an introductory speech and led the way for Helensburgh Art Club President, Mr Brian Weston, to open the exhibition.

Our warm thanks go out to Brian Weston, our visiting artist, for his kind words and to Mr Redstone, Miss Barclay and Mr Mulvenna for organising the event.

Congratulations to each and every P7 who exhibited their work tonight.  There an inherent bravery in putting your thoughts, feelings and emotions on display.
