On Friday 22nd January 2016, the whole school enjoyed an afternoon of Scottish entertainment. Today, pupils at Hermitage Primary became crazily creative with their locks as canisters of colour, heaps of hairspray and gallons of gel were emptied to create weird and wonderful styles for the annual Pupil Council Crazy Hair Day. P4 loved their recent interdisciplinary Viking topic! A highlight was a visit to the award-winning Vikingar in Largs in October. The children were welcomed into a ‘longhouse’ by ‘Viking’ guides and immersed in everyday Viking life.
